PRACTICAL INFORMATION

I offer a free initial discussion over the phone/via email around why you are seeking counselling and your aims/goals from therapy and the type of sessions I can offer.

We can then make our first appointment. We can also discuss any practical details/questions you might have. 

Face to face or online/telephone counselling sessions last 50 minutes and cost £45 each. Block booking a series of sessions is possible.

Payment by bank transfer is preferred, details can be discussed in the initial contact.

I have some concessionary appointments depending on financial need.

Face to face sessions are held in person in the therapy rooms at Saxon Wellbeing in Beccles at

35 New Market, Beccles, Suffolk, NR34 9HE

I offer face to face/online/telephone sessions on weekday evenings, and daytime sessions on Mondays and Tuesdays – please contact me for more details/ current availability.

Sessions will be booked and confirmed by email, or text, with a reminder email or text sent the day before a booked session. 

There will be no charge for sessions cancelled in good time. If a session is cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, the session fee will still need to be paid.
