Welcome

Welcome to my website, and my practice, Clare Clarke Counselling. Thanks for taking the time to explore the website, and find out a bit more about me, and what I can offer. 


The decision to look for a counsellor or therapist can be one that’s been thought about for some time; or as a result of significant change; a feeling that something isn’t quite right; wanting to work through something or find a new way forwards; or for a multitude of other reasons. 


Like most things, it can feel like a step into the unknown, which can be unnerving at times, but can also bring the possibility of great rewards. 


I offer a free initial discussion over the phone/via email around why you are seeking counselling and your aims/goals from therapy. We can then make our first appointment.


I can offer sessions face to face/online/by telephone on weekday evenings. I also have daytime sessions on Mondays and Tuesdays. Contact me for current availability. 

Listening... is one of the most potent forces for change that I know.

Session Availability:

Sessions available on weekday evenings - face to face/ remotely online or by telephone.


Daytime sessions also available on Mondays and Tuesdays.

There is free on street parking in Beccles less than 2 minutes walk from Saxon Wellbeing, or short stay parking at Hungate Lane (£1 for 2 hours). Email me on clarecontact1101@proton.me or call on 07942 040771.

Please note this is not a crisis service. If you feel you are in an emergency situation call 999, go to your local Accident and Emergency department (A&E). For urgent mental health support call 111 option 2 or the Samaritans on 116 123. Both these numbers are open 24 hours a day.
